Looking for a fun day out on the water? Book 1994 Invader 170 Bowrider — perfect for family outings, friend groups, fishing, or a relaxing day! Fuel is not included — renter is responsible for fuel. LOCATION: Pickup from Burlington, ON (boat can be used on any lake or marina you choose!) DEPOSIT: A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking. Returned in full after the boat is returned in the same condition.
Rules for this Adventure
1. No Alcohol or Illegal Substances - Absolutely no consumption or possession of alcohol or illegal substances permitted on board. 2. Capacity Limits - Do not exceed the stated maximum number of passengers at any time (6 people). 3. Safety Equipment - Life jackets must be worn by all passengers at all times. - Life jackets provided onboard must remain accessible for every passenger. - Children Life jackets must be provided upon request. 4. Operator Requirements - The designated boat operator must hold a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (or applicable boating license). - Operator must remain sober and alert during the entire rental period. 5. Respect Quiet Zones and Wildlife Areas - Follow marked guidelines for quiet zones; keep noise levels respectful in residential and wildlife areas. 6. No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on board. 7. Pets Policy - Pets allowed only upon prior approval. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damages or cleaning needs. 8. Cleanliness and Condition - Boat must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Remove all garbage and personal belongings at the end of the rental. 9. Fuel - Boat must be returned with the fuel tank filled to the level it was at the start of your rental unless otherwise arranged. 10. Damages and Liability - Renters are responsible for any damages caused to the boat or equipment during the rental period. 11. Restricted Activities - Fishing permitted only with prior approval. 12. Weather Conditions - Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions. 13. Docking and Anchoring - Boat must be docked or anchored only in designated areas to prevent damage. 14. Emergency Procedures - In case of emergency or mechanical issues, contact the provided emergency number immediately.

Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 1,000.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
